Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and hitbet ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the hitbet website located at https://hitbet.im and all associated services, features, content, and products offered therein (collectively, "the Services").
By accessing the hitbet website, creating a player account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them. hitbet employs age verification technology and manual document review as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) programme. We reserve the right to request proof of age — such as a National ID card, passport, or birth certificate — at any point during a player's relationship with the Platform. Failure to provide adequate age verification documentation within the requested timeframe will result in account suspension and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending resolution.

Account Registration & Verification
To access the full range of hitbet Services — including depositing funds, placing wagers, and requesting withdrawals — you must register a player account. Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account. Registering or attempting to register more than one account — whether under the same identity or a different identity — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances held therein.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account login credentials. hitbet will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to protect your username or password. You must:

- Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.

As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) obligations, hitbet may at any time request identity verification documents including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID, proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), and proof of payment method ownership. KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal request can be processed.
Players who provide false, misleading, or forged documentation during the verification process will have their accounts permanently closed and all funds confiscated. hitbet reserves the right to report such cases to relevant authorities.
Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

Deposits are credited to your hitbet wallet immediately upon successful confirmation from your payment provider. In rare cases of technical delay, please allow up to 30 minutes before contacting support.

Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods that have been verified as belonging to the registered account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
hitbet does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals from the Platform's side. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees or charges, for which hitbet bears no responsibility. Please consult your bKash, Nagad, or bank for their applicable fee schedule.
Bonus & Promotion Terms
hitbet offers a range of promotional bonuses and incentives to both new and existing players. These may include, but are not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, referral bonuses, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL, and IPL.
All bonuses offered by hitbet are subject to the following general conditions unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms:
- Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated clearly in each promotion's individual terms.
- Time Limits: All bonuses have an expiry period within which wagering requirements must be fulfilled. Bonuses not fully wagered within the stated period will be removed from the account automatically.
- Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino titles may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Game contribution rates are specified in individual promotion terms.
- Maximum Bet Rule: While a bonus is active, the maximum permitted bet per round or spin is ৳500 unless stated otherwise. Placing bets above this threshold while a bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
- One Bonus at a Time: Players may only hold one active bonus at a time. Claiming a new bonus while an existing bonus is active may void the previous bonus.
- Eligibility: Bonuses are offered at hitbet's sole discretion. hitbet reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion without prior notice.
hitbet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Players will be notified of material changes via the Platform or registered email address. Continued participation in a promotion following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised promotion terms.
Betting Rules & Game Conduct
All bets placed on hitbet — whether on sports events, live casino games, video slots, or crash games — are subject to the specific rules applicable to that product category. General betting rules applicable across all product types are as follows:
- Bets are final once confirmed. A confirmed bet cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the player after the confirmation screen has been presented.
- hitbet reserves the right to void any bet where an error in the odds, game presentation, or payout calculation has occurred due to a technical fault or human error. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the player's account.
- Where a sports event is postponed, cancelled, or abandoned before completion, hitbet's specific sports rules will govern the settlement of affected bets. In most cases, bets on cancelled events will be voided and stakes returned.
- All casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software independently audited for fairness. hitbet does not interfere with game outcomes at any stage.
- Crash game outcomes (e.g., Aviator by Spribe) are governed by provably fair algorithms. Players may independently verify the fairness of each round using the verification tools provided by the game provider.
- Live dealer game results are determined by physical cards, wheels, or other live studio equipment operated by trained dealers. Technical disconnection during a live game round does not entitle a player to a re-bet or refund unless the round itself was technically voided.
hitbet operates a responsible gaming environment. We reserve the right to limit, restrict, or close the account of any player whose betting patterns suggest they may be experiencing difficulties with problem gambling. Such actions are taken in the player's best interest and in accordance with our Responsible Gaming policy.

Prohibited Conduct & Fraud
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the hitbet Platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances, without prejudice to any legal action hitbet may choose to pursue:
- Multiple Accounts: Registering or operating more than one hitbet account, whether under the same or a different identity.
- Identity Fraud: Using another person's identity, payment method, or account credentials to access or use the Platform.
- Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with a bank or payment provider for a legitimate deposit made on the Platform. Any chargeback attempt will result in immediate account closure.
- Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, especially in live poker or live table games, to gain an unfair advantage.
- Prohibited Software: Using bots, automated betting scripts, screen-scraping software, artificial intelligence tools, or any other software designed to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players.
- Exploitation of Errors: Knowingly exploiting bugs, glitches, pricing errors, or technical faults in any game or feature on the Platform. Players who discover such errors are required to report them to support immediately.
- Money Laundering: Using hitbet for the purpose of laundering the proceeds of criminal activity. hitbet maintains a robust AML programme and will report suspicious transaction patterns to relevant authorities without prior notice to the player.
- Abuse of Staff: Threatening, harassing, intimidating, or using abusive language toward hitbet customer support staff or other players on any shared feature of the Platform.
hitbet employs advanced fraud detection systems that monitor all transactions and betting patterns in real time. Players identified as engaging in prohibited conduct will be removed from the Platform without warning and without entitlement to any refund or explanation.
Account Suspension & Closure
hitbet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe after request.
- Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or bonus abuse.
- Account inactivity in excess of 12 consecutive months.
- Self-exclusion requested by the player themselves via the Responsible Gaming tools.
- Discovery that the account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements (e.g., is under 18, or is a restricted person).
Players may also voluntarily close their hitbet account at any time by contacting customer support at . Requests for voluntary account closure will be processed within 5 business days. Any remaining balance (subject to pending verification and wagering requirement fulfilment) will be returned to the player's verified payment method.
In cases where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, hitbet reserves the right to withhold the entire account balance. hitbet will not be liable to any player for losses suffered as a result of account closure carried out in accordance with these Terms.
Inactive accounts (those with no login activity for 12 or more consecutive months) may be subject to a monthly inactivity fee of ৳200, which will be deducted from the account balance. Players will be notified of impending inactivity fees by email before charges begin. To avoid inactivity fees, simply log in to your account at least once every 12 months.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, hitbet's total liability to any player in connection with the use of the Platform — whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), misrepresentation, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
hitbet shall not be liable under any circumstances for:
- Loss of profits, revenue, business opportunity, or anticipated savings, whether direct or indirect.
- Loss of data or corruption of data resulting from use of the Platform.
- Indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages of any kind.
- Failure or interruption of service arising from circumstances beyond hitbet's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service provider outages, power failures, natural disasters, government actions, cyberattacks, or force majeure events.
- Actions taken by third-party payment providers including delays in processing, transaction reversals, or service outages.
- Technical malfunctions in individual game titles caused by a third-party game provider's software, where hitbet has acted promptly to report and resolve the issue.
The hitbet Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While hitbet makes reasonable efforts to maintain uptime and service quality, we do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Players are responsible for ensuring their own devices are protected by appropriate security software.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit hitbet's liability for death or personal injury caused by our gross negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Amendments & Governing Law
hitbet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time and for any reason. When material changes are made, hitbet will notify registered players via email and/or a prominent notice on the Platform website. Your continued use of the hitbet Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree with any changes to these Terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your account.
